DAI has been working with a tooling source for the last few years that can supply rapid prototype machined aluminum core tooling that can stand up to our injection process.

Larry has been with DAI Ceramics for 13 years. In this time he has served in various capacities including Process/Product Engineer, Engineering Manager, and R&D Manager prior to being appointed GM in 2008.
As General Manager some of Larry’s key responsibilities include P&L, strategic planning, business development, systems analysis, development, and integration.
Prior to DAI, Larry worked for five years as a Development Engineer at a high tech non-oxide ceramics manufacturer. His duties included development of processes and materials used mainly in the electronic and semiconductor industry. While serving in that capacity he was awarded two United States patents and has one patent currently pending.
Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and a MBA from John Carroll University.
Carole has been with DAI Ceramics for over 20 years. Starting out as a part-time employee in 1989, her current responsibilities as Purchasing Manager and Safety Manager include; sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and expediting all purchased materials and services, as well as developing and implementing safety programs to reduce the frequency and severity of workplace accidents and injuries.
With over 25 years experience in the ceramic core manufacturing industry Carole compliments our team of industry leaders and is dedicated to supporting her team members to ensure DAI’s success.
Ron joined DAI Ceramics in August of 2016. As Engineering Manager, he comes to DAI with over 25 years of experience in the investment casting industry. During that time Ron has served many roles in the industry including tooling operations, process and product engineering, and technical sales. He also worked as a consultant on process improvement and part development at Flowcastings in Germany.
Ron holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Cuyahoga Community College and has training in leadership, lean manufacturing and 6 sigma.
Rick joined DAI Ceramics in 1994. As Production Control Manager, Rick is responsible for processing sales orders, production scheduling, inventory control, shipment of product and some aspects of customer service.
Rick has in excess of 16 years experience in the ceramic industry and twenty-five years in Production Control Management.
Rick obtained his Associate Degree and has maintained his continual education in various certificate training such as MRP, JIT, SPC, Employee Participation Teams, Industrial Human Behavior and Management affectivity.
